Bodyweight Pyramid Circuit

Set yourself a daily challenge with this workout to complete it once a day – break it up into sections if needbe and feel free to adapt the exercises to make it a bit more interesting! Make sure the exercises you choose cover the whole body, as our selection does, including the legs, back, arms and abs. This one should leave you aching and ensure that everything you work so hard for is maintained at the very least.

  1. First time doing this circuit in a while when recording it; safe to say I ached a bit the next day, the 60 Spider Squats got me the worst. Definitely going to follow my own advice and get this going daily! Let me know how you did?
