Shuttle Run Circuit (Bodyweight Exercises)

The Shuttle Run Circuit is a simple yet effective workout that gets the heart racing. Done correctly, it should feel relentless! Made easier to do at home through the input of bodyweight exercises in between each run; feel free to spice up your workout by changing the exercises to suit your level of ability and equipment available to you. There are no excuses with this one, if needbe you can walk between the cones or if it needs to be harder, add more cones in, making sure you go back to the starting cone each time. Get your heart pounding and a good sweat on, enjoy!
