Gym Bars Information

In order to properly track your progress, it’s important to know what weight you are lifting before you add any additional mass (it all adds up). Here’s a list of common bars, their weights and how they are used:

Highlights: Men’s Olympic Bar (7ft, 20kg), Women’s Olympic Bar (6.6ft, 15kg), EZ Curl Bar (4ft, 10kg), Trap/Hex Bar (4.5ft, 25kg)
