Early Start at Kerrison Fitness Studio

We were in the studio for 6.00am this morning ready for four hours of one-to-one Personal Training. This morning included a nice variety of BoxFit, dumbbell free weights, circuits and ab burners. Enjoyed the company of some highly motivated individuals to be training early morning before work, it’s great to see the strong mindset of our clients strengthened through our dedicated training programmes.
